Job Description

We’re seeking a versatile and proactive Executive Assistant to support our visionary CEO in streamlining operations and driving business growth. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the CEO’s right hand, managing and prioritizing a diverse range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist with critical business functions including legal matters, HR processes, and payroll management, gaining exposure to key operational aspects
  • Tackle technology challenges head-on, providing general IT support and contributing to the company’s digital infrastructure
  • Play a crucial role in maintaining and updating the company website, directly impacting our online presence
  • Drive marketing efforts and SEO initiatives, helping to boost the company’s visibility and attract new clients
  • Handle financial tasks such as invoice processing and basic accounting, contributing to the company’s financial health
  • Coordinate high-level meetings and appointments, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee general office management duties, including strategic procurement of supplies to maintain an efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar multifaceted role, preferably in a fast-paced industry
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software applications and an eagerness to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the CEO and company professionally
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
  • Flexibility to work a fixed schedule of 20 hours per week within Pacific Time business hours, with potential for increased hours as the company grows
  • Remote work experience with the ability to maintain consistent availability and productivity during scheduled hours
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic, growing business
