Job description

This is a remote position.

20 hours a week)
Mon-Fri 9am-1pm EST 


Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and/or Stripo.
  • Write compelling, marketing-driven copy following creative briefs, leveraging AI tools as needed.
  • Ensure all content is written in native-level English.
  • Develop and map out lead generation workflows and customer journeys.
  • Craft engaging and conversion-focused email content.
  • Implement email optimizations, including data feed creation, link additions, ALT text, and mobile-friendly adjustments.
  • Pull reports and analyze email performance.
  • Create customer journey maps for new clients.
  • Provide administrative support, including onboarding tasks, content calendar creation, design brief submissions, and segment creation.
  • Think creatively to enhance email engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native English speaker or equivalent fluency 
  • Lead Generation & Workflow Mapping: Strong understanding of lead generation workflows and the ability to map out customer journeys and content strategies.
  • Marketing Copywriting: Experience in crafting compelling, marketing-driven copy. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Creativity: Willingness to think outside the box and experiment with innovative ideas.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Asana or similar project management platforms.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with Klaviyo or other Email Service Providers (ESPs).
  • Productivity & Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • AI Tools (Preferred): Experience with CopyAI, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
