This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week, 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Reno, NV Time includes 1-hour unpaid lunch

  • Play a key role in lead generation by inputting valuable customer data into the company’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with various departments, directing complex inquiries to the appropriate teams for seamless customer support
  • Champion the company’s commitment to rapid response times, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
