This is a remote position.

Part Time
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time
(7 hours per day, 35 hours per week)
Timezone: PST

Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Customer Support and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. They will be responsible for responding to customer emails, updating orders, performing administrative tasks, and scheduling meetings for the co-founders.


Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Updating and managing orders in Shopify.
  • Performing various administrative tasks for the co-founders.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.



Requirements
  • Excellent written English skills and be able to adapt to an American tone in both writing and communication.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify. Other software includes recharge, rebuy, klaviyo, gsuite, slack.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
