The ideal candidate is someone who can own a problem from start to finish and enjoys working on every aspect of the User Experience. Including, but not limited to research, high fidelity moc ups and interactive prototypes. We are looking for people with several years of experience designing and building software for the earliest members of the UX team.
What you should have:Proficient in end-to-end product design, including product strategy, jobs to be done for a given user, journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, and high fidelity visuals.Skilled in crafting beautiful and usable designs, with strengths in visual and interaction design.Understanding of programming and technical tools such as Git or VSCode.Embracing a growth mindset and actively seeking professional development opportunities.Great communication skills and actively seek out opportunities to collaborate with other disciplines.What you'll be doing:Designing features and improvements that are high quality, and ship quickly.Using and evolving our internal design system.Designing new features from scratch and iterating on existing features to improve them.Building prototypes using the right tool at the right time to match the problem your solving with that prototype.Acting as a design leader within the Product team, collaborating with PMs and other designers to improve the quality of all our work.Speaking with customers to understand their jobs, their motivations, and their challenges to help us design an impactful product.Working with one or more engineering squads to shape and mature an early-stage analytics product.Playing a key role in defining Noibu’s design strategy at a high level, and helping the team execute that strategy in our product design and features.Why should you consider Noibu?
