Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with 5-8 years of recent experience working in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving solution delivery products, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Work closely with Agile teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
  • Ensure product solutions align with customer and business needs.
  • Leverage Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban to optimize workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of recent experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
  • Strong expertise in Solution Delivery Product experience.
  • Ability to drive Agile best practices within a development team.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience working in remote Agile teams.
