Genesis10 is seeking a Corporate Business Analyst I for a long-term remote contract position with a leading client in Akron, OH. Remote location cannot be in the states of California, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Montana, Nebraska, New York, Oregon or Washington at this time.
Compensation: $24-26 per hour W2.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving emails, creating notifications, performing account maintenance and inputting data
- Documenting customer notes on accounts
- Utilizing independent analysis and judgment resolving customer concerns
- Handling all irate customers in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Analyzing and resolving customer inquiries
- Research and respond to customer email inquiries to various products and programs
- Conduct business-specific research, gather data, and compile reports and summaries
- Assist management and coworkers, following well-defined practices and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication skills including good grammar, tone of voice and diction
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents and technical instructions
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts
