Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented freshers to join our team as Voice and Chat Associates for a home-based BPO position. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch customer support via voice and chat channels. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction (Voice & Chat):

    • Handle inbound calls and chat queries from customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
    • Address customer concerns, complaints, and provide relevant solutions within stipulated time frames.
    • Provide accurate product/service information to customers and resolve issues as per established guidelines.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher management or relevant departments if required.
  2. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their issues, and resolving concerns efficiently.
    • Maintain a high level of patience and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  3. Documentation & Reporting:

    • Log all customer interactions, ensuring details are accurately documented and updated in the companys database.
    • Maintain records of customer feedback, queries, and complaints for further review.
  4. Team Collaboration & Learning:

    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries effectively.
    • Participate in training sessions and skill enhancement programs to improve product knowledge and service quality.
  5. Meeting Performance Targets:

    • Meet performance benchmarks such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat response times.
    • Adhere to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure the teams goals are met consistently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Educational Qualification:

    • Fresh graduates with any educational background are welcome to apply.
    • Prior experience in customer service or BPO (Voice/Chat) is a plus, but not mandatory.
  2. Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent for voice-based roles.
    • Ability to convey information in a concise, clear, and empathetic manner.
  3. Technical Skills:

    • Comfortable with using computers, online communication platforms, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
    • A stable internet connection and the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.

    • Quick thinking and the ability to resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
