What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and consultant, ensuring our customers achieve meaningful ROI by leveraging Unibuddy’s key capabilities. You’ll use data-driven insights to demonstrate value, drive product adoption, and strengthen customer relationships at all levels.

Your success in this role will be measured by renewal and retention rates, as well as the ability to proactively engage and guide customers toward their goals.

We’re looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:

  • Consultative & Strategic Approach – Ability to act as a trusted advisor, aligning Unibuddy’s solutions with customer objectives.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling – Skill in analyzing customer data and translating insights into a compelling value narrative.

  • Product Expertise & Adoption Enablement – Ability to guide customers in leveraging key platform features to maximize engagement and results.

  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management – Strong interpersonal skills to develop multi-level relationships with both day-to-day users and executive decision-makers.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving – Capacity to anticipate challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Data & ROI Analysis

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for increased engagement.

  • Translate insights into a clear and compelling value story that reinforces ROI.

Consultative Product Enablement

  • Guide customers in adopting Unibuddy’s platform to drive student engagement, optimize recruitment strategies, and meet enrollment goals.

  • Provide training, resources, and tailored recommendations to ensure full utilization of key features.

Strategic Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with both daily users and senior stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, providing ongoing insights and best practices to help customers succeed.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, directing inquiries to Support or Account Management as needed.

Customer Success Planning & Growth Strategy
  • Align with customers on their student recruitment and engagement goals, providing a roadmap to success.

  • Offer proactive recommendations and quick, actionable steps to enhance impact.

  • Maintain regular updates in the customer success platform to keep internal teams informed on customer health and engagement.

What’s On Offer
  • Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

  • Remote: Preference based in the Eastern or Central time zones in the U.S.

  • One special day of your choice (birthday, engagement, wedding) off per year, additional days off based on tenure and 4 additional days at the end of the year for a company-wide shutdown!
