  • Maintain rigorous data validation standards, including collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure validity in assumptions
  • Identifying and reconciling roadblocks to success; sharing innovative solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain a working knowledge of healthcare coding and analytic techniques

Requirements

  • Strong interest in population health management for kidney disease and other chronic conditions
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or similar background
  • 5-7 years’ work experience in healthcare analytics
  • Strong experience with SQL, Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to strategically translate broad requirements for data analysis to concise insights and operational recommendations
  • Motivation of self and others towards department and company goals

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, strong quantitative capabilities, team-contributor
  • Oral and written communication, often adapted to non-analytical audiences
