What you will do

Responsibilities:

As a member of our leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and execute the company’s core marketing strategy, playing a vital role in driving growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Set marketing goals and objectives that will leave our competitors in awe

  • Uncover hidden market opportunities and unleash your creativity to develop, implement, and manage go-to-market strategies

  • Create and execute captivating marketing campaigns that will engage our target audiences

  • Review and manage content marketing strategy

  • Work closely with the CEO to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing department and continuously track our marketing performance

  • Keep the marketing budget in check

  • Produce and present regular reports

  • Lead and mentor our marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth

  • Collaborate with our sales, product research, engineering, and customer success teams to align our marketing efforts and achieve extraordinary results

  • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy

  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions that will maximize our impact and ROI

  • Analyze our current marketing strategy and fearlessly propose improvements

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in the ever-evolving field of marketing

  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs to enhance knowledge and network
