Job description

We’re a results focused, customer-obsessed company motivated by our passion for empowering digital marketers to achieve success with their campaigns. With intuitive landing page builders and a comprehensive suite of AI-powered features, our platform helps you grow smarter.

Earlier this year, Unbounce, a leading landing page creation and conversion optimization platform, merged with Insightly, a CRM and marketing automation platform. We’re beginning to move toward a unified brand, making it an exciting time to join and help shape our product strategy. In the meantime, you’ll get to know two powerful tools that simplify how marketing and sales teams collaborate.

Our team's technical expertise and creativity work together to drive our mission forward every day. We strive to be a workplace of inspired minds by fostering an environment where innovative thinking is encouraged, and where everyone is given the opportunity to grow and contribute to the achievement of their goals. We aim to continue being an innovative and inspiring company that both our customers and employees admire—and we invite our future team members to join us!

About the role:

Unbounce is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to own the execution of our established roadmap for the Unbounce Landing Page Builder. If you thrive on translating concepts into user stories, guiding them through agile development, and delivering on schedule, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with high impact.

While we already have a strategic plan in place, we need someone adept at the “how” of product delivery. You will excel at breaking down requirements, managing scope, setting timelines, and relentlessly driving progress. Your strong communication skills and ability to run efficient sprint ceremonies will be key to success in this position.

What you’ll be doing:

User Story Definition & Refinement

  • Take high-level product concepts or features from our roadmap and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine scope, ensuring realistic and achievable deliverables.
  • Continuously gather customer insights (via calls, feedback sessions, etc.) to validate and iterate on user stories and requirements.

Agile Execution & Project Management

  • Own and run all relevant agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Set realistic timelines, communicate expected dates, and follow up diligently to ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Work with engineering to unblock issues and make strategic tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and scope.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of contact for product execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on priorities and dependencies.
  • Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership, highlighting risks, impacts, and suggested mitigations.
  • Champion the needs of our users and communicate their pain points internally, leveraging data and direct feedback to inform decision-making.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with customers to confirm assumptions, refine features, and incorporate feedback into user stories.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable requirements and communicate these effectively to the team.
  • Maintain strong relationships across departments and act as an advocate for the product’s vision and goals.

Continuous Improvement & Delivery

  • Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of each release and inform future improvements.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
  • Embrace a data-driven mindset, ensuring each release is well-defined, well-executed, and meets targeted outcomes.

A little bit about you:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully taking product concepts to launch, focusing on execution and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience running sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you’re comfortable leading discussions with engineers, designers, and executives alike.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to set clear schedules, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused, with a knack for translating user feedback into actionable requirements.
  • Self-starter mentality; you thrive when you can take a plan and drive it to completion aggressively while maintaining quality.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Collaboration: You’ll work closely with talented cross-functional teams who are committed to building great products.
  • Impact: We have ambitious goals and a roadmap ready to go – your role is critical to making sure we deliver on time and with excellence.
