Your Mission
This role blends technical expertise, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to provide top-tier support to our most valuable customers. You'll tackle a diverse range of technical challenges for our largest and most strategic clients, taking full ownership of their queries. This position offers broad exposure across the business and a high level of responsibility, allowing you to make a meaningful impact. Things you will be working on…
Design tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with client systems, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Be the go-to technical expert during sales, implementation, and expansion, helping clients navigate our platform’s capabilities.
Support and consult implementation teams on integrating Ben with HR, payroll, and benefits systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient data flow.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap, providing valuable client feedback to improve features and usability.
Ensure long-term success by troubleshooting post-implementation issues, driving adoption, and optimizing integrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including customer-facing guides, UAT logs, and best-practice libraries.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest in benefits technology, helping to shape innovative solutions and improve implementation processes.
We will love you if you have…
3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or software engineering.
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
Outstanding communication skills, allowing you to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or benefits technology
Familiarity with programming languages like Python
Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Competitive base salary + equity, so you own what you build
