Project Details:
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team. We are looking for an analytical, organized person with exceptional communication skills to play a key role in the management and optimization of Procurement processes. This position requires direct interaction with customers and internal teams, as well as the ability to analyze data and propose improvements.
Responsibilities:
Support the procurement process:
Manages Supplier Management workflow consisting of internal requests for new supplier onboarding, submission of new agreement review requests, agreement modification requests and/or renewal requests.
Coordinates all approvals required by our internal controls, processes and policies. Receives applications and reviews for completeness and completeness of information required. Thoroughly understands and follows all policies governing procurement to instruct internal stakeholders on their requests.
Supplier research and evaluation:
Identifying potential suppliers, gathering information on their product quality, pricing, delivery times and capabilities to assess their suitability for the company's needs.
Market analysis:
Keeping abreast of market trends, supplier landscape and industry changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
Data analysis and reporting:
Collect and analyze purchasing data to generate reports on spending patterns, cost savings and supplier performance for management review.
Analyze spending data to identify cost savings opportunities and negotiate favorable contract terms with suppliers.
Generate comprehensive reports on procurement activities, cost analysis and savings achieved.
Compliance management:
Develop and maintain purchasing documentation, including contracts, purchase orders and supplier agreements.
Ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations and ethical standards.
System administration:
Enter data into the automated P2P system to maintain key metadata in all supporting systems.
Procurement and contract management. Monitor contract renewals to ensure visibility of business owner and renewal intentions.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in business administration, purchasing or related.
Excellent organizational skills
Conversational English (Indispensable)
Solid knowledge of data analysis tools
Experience with procurement systems
Experience in procurement/contract management
Data analysis skills
Customer facing experience
