Our Digital Experience suite is a market leader in Enterprise Digital Experience. We have had great success globally with major brands in the area of Unified customer experience, Content Supply Chain and B2B.

Adobe Professional Services delivers value to some of the biggest brands in the world, from Adobe solutions through strategy, implementation, and business consulting. We are looking for creative, proactive Business Consultants with the skills, experience, and track record to work with customers across industries and digital channels and drive value realization and business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to business discovery workstreams, perform industry and customer research to establish the customer’s ‘why’.
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants and partner with customer team members on relevant business goals and critical metrics.
  • Research and define customer personas, and build ideal state customer journey maps. Be able to connect these with opportunities for improved digital customer experience through Adobe technology.
  • Ideate use cases and tactics to support overarching business priorities. Support building scenarios and use cases to challenge customers to look beyond the obvious.
  • Contribute to value mapping exercises, and support the prioritization of recommendations according to value & complexity.
  • Build tactical plans, use cases, and guide the customer collaborators on the actions necessary to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Support on the creation of user stories and backlog prioritization, and report back on customer’s digital marketing performance on a recurring basis.
  • Assess performance and value realized from implemented activities. Communicate value to the customer and Adobe Account teams.
  • Become an Adobe business practitioner across multiple Digital Experience solutions (AEM, Workfront, RTCDP, CJA, Target or AJO).

What You'll Need to Succeed

You are a motivated marketeer or business consultant, knowledgeable about current digital marketing trends, with some experience in implementing creative digital marketing strategies that provide outstanding customer experiences!

  • Bachelors or higher in computer science, marketing, business administration, or equivalent
  • You are familiar with digital marketing tactics that move the dial on success metrics.
  • Customer Persona and Journey Development: emerging experience building customer personas, segmentation opportunities and an understanding of customer journeys aligned to these.
  • Up to 3 years experience ideally working with customers in the digital world, preferably from an agency or vendor perspective, or client-side involvement in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with one or more industry-leading CMS or personalization tools like AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Campaign or similar
  • Be a self-starter, confident, opinionated, and proactive, you should gain the trust of customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and presentation skills both verbal and written.
  • Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Comfortable in communication in English and German, ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Able to travel, as fit for customer engagements.
