Job Description

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for a portfolio of properties.
  • Accounting Operations: Handle accounts payable and receivable, maintain the general ledger, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and control of annual operating budgets.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, owners, and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and improve financial performance
