Role Overview

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Paystone, you’ll be responsible for growing and optimizing our affiliate program. Your primary focus will be on recruiting high-potential affiliate partners, strengthening engagement with existing affiliates, and providing them with the tools and resources needed to effectively promote our solutions.

You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the future of our affiliate marketing efforts, from developing growth strategies and analyzing performance data to enhancing partner relationships and optimizing campaign effectiveness. This is a high-impact position where your ability to build strong partnerships, execute innovative strategies, and drive results will directly contribute to Paystone’s success..

THIS FULLY REMOTE POSITION IS OPEN TO CANDIDATES BASED IN LATIN AMERICA.

Your Focus
  • Be the Expert – Lead and own Paystone’s affiliate marketing strategy, serving as the key point of contact for affiliate partners.
  • Grow the Network – Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential affiliates to expand our reach and increase revenue.
  • Optimize for Success – Manage the full affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to campaign execution and performance analysis.
  • Maximize Performance – Track, analyze, and fine-tune affiliate campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals and budget.
  • Innovate & Incentivize – Design creative incentive programs that attract new partners and optimize existing ones.
  • Use Data to Drive Strategy – Leverage insights to identify trends, adjust strategies, and continuously improve affiliate program efficiency.
  • Scale Growth – Forecast and drive key growth metrics, including acquisition, CAC, ROI, and LTV.
  • Strengthen Relationships – Negotiate ad placements, collaborate with affiliates, and refine program structures to maximize impact.
  • Work Cross-Functionally – Partner with product, business intelligence, and marketing teams to align affiliate efforts with company-wide goals.
 

Qualification and Fit

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling B2B affiliate programs.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth through affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Rakuten, Commission Junction).
  • Data-driven mindset – you know how to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills – you thrive on engaging and motivating affiliate partners.
  • Strategic thinker – you can optimize campaigns, refine strategies, and drive measurable results.
  • Familiarity with the home services and/or SaaS industry is a plus.
