Job description

We are seeking an innovative Audience Strategy & Engagement Manager to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team. This role is at the forefront of leveraging GenAI tech and GTM tech tools to scale and introduce hyper-personalisation into our nurture program for leads that are not yet ready to buy, and aid lead progression across the marketing and sales funnel towards purchasing Thoughtworks services.

Job responsibilities
  • Review and analyse Thoughtworks current multi-channel lead nurture programs. Work closely with field marketing, the campaign strategists and campaign infrastructure strategists to streamline and automate nurture workflows (ideally leveraging genAI tech) to optimise and scale what’s currently available. 
  • Bridge the gap between Thoughtworks internal structure, and what our audiences experience. Design an automated outreach program that combines global, and regional content, and assigns the right relationship owner (sales or marketing) at the right time. 
  • Using Gen-AI tech, lead our efforts to shift from a pre-set nurture and sales outreach program to create hyper personalised and contextualised communications to leads based on their profile and engagement history with Thoughtworks.
  • Leverage Thoughtworks Account Growth Funnel Framework to ensure a smooth transition once the automated outreach is handed over to a member of the sales team for manual follow up (e.g. attend a meeting that was booked via the automated nurture).
  • Own day to day operations of 1-2-1 sales (SDR) cadences out of Outreach platform.Oversee and manage our audience lists in our ABM tool, and help regional and global identify high potential leads based on audience behaviours and intent.
  • Improve real-time nurture and outreach optimisation by leveraging gen-AI and analysis tooling based on machine learning.Help campaign and field marketing teams pragmatically balance between Thoughtworks' lead generation and growth objectives and outreach best practices, including the prioritisation of a good, logical user experience while honouring internal data privacy best practices, regional legislation, and our business reputation.
  • When designing target lists, provide SME guidance to campaign and field marketing teams on when they need to leverage user consent or legitimate interest.
  • Update and maintain documentation of marketing and sales-compliant campaign targeting practices.Collaborate with Martech and the Global Campaign Centre (GCC) content team to draft and maintain a compliance language repository for outbound communications and marketing assets, including marketing form language, email templates, and opt-out/preference centre language.
  • Train and coach our outbound sales, digital marketing, and field marketing & sales teams on campaign-targeting compliance best practices.
  • Stay current with evolving regional privacy legislation as it impacts our marketing & sales efforts and provide proactive recommendations on any required technical or process change.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of marketing operations experience in B2B.
  • An understanding of leveraging GenAI tech to scale content personalisation, and streamlining workflows.  
  • Experience with Salesforce, Demandbase,  Zoominfo and LeanData environments is advantageous. 
Professional Skills
  • Multi-channel outbound demand generation marketing experience, including email automation.
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Able to communicate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders from Campaign Managers, field marketing teams and SDRs to Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality with a drive to build and optimise. 
  • Ability to conceptualise, plan, and document effectively. 
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, project management, and time management ability with a deadline focus.
