As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the Business Transformation team. You will drive a core set of projects in the primary area of office and warehouse moves and renovations across all KDA Operations and other projects as assigned. You will help assemble project teams, create tailored project plans, identify critical dependencies, and actively manage projects for delivery on time and on budget. You will be responsible for the identification and scoping of specific initiatives and the development of associated project plans, action registers, work breakdown structures along with executive status updates to senior management. You will ensure that a superior customer experience is core to all your assigned projects. You will identify and resolve issues through collaboration and sound decision making, develop aggressive project plans that are realistic and achieved, and actively control costs, scope, and time for deliverables. You will also ensure your projects’ statuses are well understood through accurate tracking of actual project performance relative to the plan of record. Finally, you will ensure all levels of the organization are properly informed through excellent documentation and regular communication of your strategic and tactical initiatives. Likewise, you will provide regular quantification and tracking of the business benefits of your projects (ROI).

As a result, you will be one of the critical change agents within KDA responsible for the achievement of strong organic growth and radically more efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
+ Project manage multiple initiatives across Operations, Direct Subsidiaries and other areas as assigned.
+ Develop for each project detailed project plans, timelines, action registers, work breakdown structures, and presentations that accurately describe the state of the integration at any given time.
+ Develop and maintain standards for project scheduling practices that ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
+ Develop and maintain standards that ensure project activities comply with company policies, contracts, and schedule requirements.
+ Provide clear, concise reporting of project status’ to KDA Leadership.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management, Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration.
+ 5+ Experience project managing corporate office and warehouse moves and construction/renovation projects and Logistics improvement projects.
+ Experience working with construction contractors, architects, leasing agencies and Legal in the areas of real estate.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and simultaneous complex programs/projects.
+ Demonstrated ability to achieve a high volume of complex work.
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
+ Ability to create and present engaging and highly informative presentations to all levels of the organization.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.
+ Experience with industry standard Project Management tools such as Jira
+ Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SharePoint.
+ Prior experience with service delivery, service management, HR, Supply Chain, and/or Fin Ops (preferred).
+ Prior experience with change management methodologies (preferred).
+ M&A project management experience (preferred).
+ Prior experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum (preferred).
