As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you'll begin a journey where your professional experience as a software developer will shine. Picture yourself at the helm of complex components, guiding a team of eager junior developers, and delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact. Your leadership will be the beacon, providing technical guidance, conducting insightful code reviews, and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from start to finish. In this role, your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients in person will be your superpower. Whether it's traveling for client engagements or attending internal meetings and events, your presence will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft Robust Solutions: Design and implement powerful backend services using Java, Spring, and PostgreSQL, while bringing dynamic and responsive frontends to life with Angular.
- Harness the Cloud: Build and maintain cloud-based solutions, leveraging the power of AWS services and Azure AD B2C for seamless authentication and authorization.
- Master Content Management: Develop and extend capabilities using Strapi as a headless CMS, ensuring content flows effortlessly.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and methodologies, continuously improving our development processes.
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software that exceeds expectations.
- Uphold Code Excellence: Write clean, testable, and efficient code while participating in and leading code reviews to maintain the highest standards.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed, turning obstacles into opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development, with expertise in Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, and Angular.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Git, and Docker.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit/Mockito.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and how to use the corresponding services on major cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Exposure to additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Strapi.
