About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Contract Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the creation of order forms and contracts for cybersecurity training and certification courses offered to corporate clients. This position will focus on developing tailored business solutions for companies in the cybersecurity space.
Duties and responsibilities
Contract and Deal Management:
- Draft and customize orders for clients purchasing cybersecurity training and certification services.
- Work closely with the Legal team to ensure contracts meet all regulatory requirements.
- Work with the Sales team to help negotiate terms with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit in all deals.
- Support vendor form completion, and registration into customer payment portals.
- Review non-disclosure agreements and codes of conduct.
- Ensure contracts are entered and invoiced accurately in our accounting system for revenue recognition and account collection.
- Handle the renewal, amendment, and extension of contracts as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong proficiency in contact management software (SalesForce or similar).
- Knowledge of UK and US accounting standards.
- Experience in drafting and managing contracts, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in the tech, education, or training sectors, particularly within the cybersecurity space.
- Knowledge of the processes involved in the delivery of corporate training and certification programs.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Working conditions
This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
