Senior Project Manager

Education:

• Graduate or a bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or mathematics  or any other equivalent degree.

Experience:

• 8 - 12 Years

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in one or more programming languages

• Software development life cycle knowledge

• Debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Understanding of algorithms and data structures

• Ability to work with a diverse cross functional teams.

• Ability to create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and enterprise application.

• Project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

• Advanced project management skills

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Strategic planning and execution experience

• Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Risk management and problem-solving skills

• Extensive experience in leading complex projects

• Strategic planning and decision-making skills

• Expertise in software design and enterprise application

• System integration knowledge

• Leadership and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)

• Experience with project management tools and software

• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL)
