Are you passionate about travel and enjoy helping others create unforgettable experiences? A as a Online Client Services Associate, working remotely to book incredible vacations for leisure and corporate clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
Research, design, and execute customized travel itineraries tailored to your clients’ needs.
Review client preferences, budgets, and travel goals to create personalized trip plans.
Book a variety of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more.
Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless experience.
Address and resolve any client issues that arise throughout the travel process.
Participate in ongoing training to earn certifications and stay updated on travel industry trends.
Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations and travel types.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet access and a computer (or smartphone).
Background in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not required).
Personal travel experience is a bonus (not mandatory).
