We are currently searching for an SAP FICO Consultant:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to design and implement SAP Financial solutions that address business challenges.
• Lead or participate in full life cycle implementations of SAP Financial applications, including configuration and support.
• Develop and present process flows, workshops, and system solutions to business stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external applications.
• Provide training to users and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Navigate cross-functional, cross-team projects in a global environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Finance applications, with a focus on SAP ERP Finance and Controlling or SAP S/4HANA.
• 5+ years of configuration experience with SAP Financial applications.
• At least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP Financial applications.
• Strong understanding of interfaces and integration tools (IDocs, XML, EDI) and external applications like Coupa and Ivalua (preferred).
• Knowledge of related SAP modules and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP BPC – nice to have).
• MBA in Finance, CPA, CA, ICWA, or CMA preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in rapidly changing environments and effectively communicate with diverse global teams.

Desired:

• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Capability to create process flow diagrams and translate technical details into actionable tasks.
• Willingness to learn new SAP modules and business processes.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
