Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week) - Flexible during business ours M-F

Responsibilities
  • Drive engagement and foster meaningful connections within our private member community through daily interaction, content moderation, and community event coordination
  • Manage and optimize our online course platform, ensuring seamless student experiences and efficient course delivery
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SMS platforms
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Provide technical support and administrative assistance to both team members and community members
  • Implement and manage automated marketing workflows using Go High Level platform
  • Create and maintain documentation for community guidelines, course processes, and technical procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement community growth strategies


Requirements
  • Proven experience with Go High Level platform for community management and marketing automation
  • Strong background in managing online communities and digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise in course management systems and educational technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and metrics
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing automation
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the education or personal development industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and reporting
