Remote Position

As a Vacation Planning Coordinator, you will assist clients in creating their dream vacation by offering expert guidance and managing every aspect of their trip. From recommending destinations to handling bookings, your role is to make travel planning effortless.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Booking Support:

  • Respond to inquiries from clients, offering insights into travel destinations, packages, and services.
  • Listen to client preferences and design tailored travel recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.

Custom Vacation Planning:

  • Create detailed itineraries that align with clients’ interests, budget, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to confirm reservations, handle changes, and process special requests.

Travel Documentation and Transaction Processing:

  • Ensure clients have up-to-date travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance.
  • Collect payments and issue travel tickets and vouchers in compliance with policies.

Client Care and Problem Solving:

  • Resolve travel-related issues as they arise, providing prompt assistance to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues like flight cancellations or booking changes.

Travel Industry Expertise:

  • Stay informed on the latest travel trends and destination updates to offer current advice.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of new travel products and services.

Administrative and Booking Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings.
  • Prepare and send travel confirmations, itineraries, and documents on time.
