We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive for a leading recruitment agency specializing in the construction sector in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, results-driven, and responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
