THE ROLE 📝
As an IT Project Manager in the IT team, you will be part of an internal function supporting the business across multiple projects relating to the delivery, maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure, with a focus on automation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing overall project health from start to end and will be required to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
This role demands an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives in alignment with the Form3's strategic goals.
Main responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Development and maintenance of necessary documentation and templates to support planning and execution of projects and to support the project management office function
- Supporting the estimation of project benefits, budget, scope, requirements, approach, schedule, risks, and resourcing to prepare relevant project documents (project charter, business case, project/delivery plan, RAID logs etc.)
- Analysis of project progress to support status reporting, updating project roadmaps and communication of key items for escalation
- Prepare structured communication and project updates to support stakeholder management and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, track and monitor overall project health following frameworks for issues, blockers, risk and change management escalation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the facilitation of focus groups and other multi-stakeholder meetings and workshops to assess and develop processes, procedures and tools to capture project and business requirements and develop project plans liaising with technical and non-technical teams from across the business
- Develop data collection methods, coordinate collection, analysis and formatting of data for data migration as part of project implementation
- Support the teams in efforts to strive for continuous improvement collecting feedback and facilitating retrospective sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
- Minimum three years of previous experience in project management delivering large scale projects and integrations preferably systems / software / technical related implementations and/or in an IT capacity
- Experience with a variety of project management methodologies and proficiency with various project management tools and applications (Github projects, Jira, Aha! etc.)
- Experience in preparing and facilitating presentations, workshop sessions and communication to a variety of different stakeholders
- Experience with virtual team collaboration applications (Slack, Zoom, Teams, Lucid etc.)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.). Completed or working towards certification such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, Prince2 or any relevant project management certification
THE TEAM 👥
Form3’s IT TechOps team works closely with the internal IT teams and all functions across the business, playing a crucial role in the shaping and implementation of IT infrastructure promoting efficiency and longevity and demonstrating best practice governance with a focus on automation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
TechOps team operates with a focus to design scalable and secure IT solutions driving technological innovation whilst ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The team will often facilitate collaborative initiatives with key stakeholders from teams across the business, looking at strategic planning, capacity management as well as stakeholder management.
The TechOps team will have many opportunities to be lead and design solutions for new systems and existing system infrastructure.
