We’re looking for an enthusiastic Technical Project Manager who will lead our Technology and Engineering teams to plan, organize and deliver our capabilities to our clients, and collaborate across our organization to ensure that we deliver our best work.

This is a Full-time, Fixed-term position located in Lisbon, Portugal, Berlin, Germany (or remote locations with a similar hour range), with an annual base salary range of [88,000€-98,000€]. Alternatively, this role is also available in the east coast of the US, with a corresponding annual base salary range of [115,000$-125,000$].

We’ll trust you to: 
  • Develop and manage end-to-end technical product delivery.

  • Work with product managers to help define and communicate the roadmap, and timelines and provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders on team progress and potential risks. 

  • Work with engineers, designers and data scientists to prioritize, estimate and break down development into short-term achievable tasks of the team, enforcing a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Drive the need for Agile Product Management, including re-prioritization based on feedback, risk and resource inputs.

  • Define and track measurements to drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.

  • Proactively drive changes to products, systems, processes, workflows and code collaboratively in a continuous improvement environment, including the planning and delivery of a quarterly OKR process.

  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration while making sure team members stay aligned ensuring velocity and delivery.

  • Communicate the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team to senior stakeholders.

  • Oversee planning and refinement meetings to help drive the roadmap and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Proactively invest time in mentoring, learning, and career development, both for yourself and for your peers.

We’d love to see the following:
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience 

  • 4+ years of Experience implementing the Software Development Lifecycle and Design Thinking processes.

  • Experience leading or organising effective Agile ceremonies, including story mapping, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.

  • Experience in defining the short-term roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are working with.

  • Experience providing day-to-day coordination, and quality assurance for tasks.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.

  • Experience in defining and tracking key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
