This is your opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Operations & Process Intern and experience working within a diverse team of highly experienced professionals. You'll gain hands-on experience in understanding how marketing operations are run end-to-end, and in implementing marketing logistics, process optimization, and reporting.
In this role, you will support the team by:
Assisting in creating and maintaining documentation of marketing operations processes
Analyzing existing processes and suggesting improvements
Supporting the coordination of logistics for marketing campaigns and events
Contributing to reviewing and updating training tools and resources
Working with a global team to implement process improvements
Generating reports and analyzing business or campaign data
Providing general support for digital marketing tactics and internal communication
Qualifications
We are looking for motivated students with a strong work ethic and the following background:
Currently studying towards a degree in a relevant field, including (but not limited to) marketing, digital marketing, business studies, logistics, or related fields. Ideally, you are in your last 1-2 years of studies
Strong understanding of complex processes and an affinity for process documentation and optimization
Familiarity with CRM systems and SharePoint is advantageous
Ability to document and present information clearly and accurately
Full proficiency in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) is considered a plus
Experience with data analysis would be advantageous
On a personal level, you are organized, structured, and self-motivated. You also have excellent interpersonal skills to engage with external and internal partners.
We Offer:
This is a full-time internship position based in Barcelona/ Spain, starting in July-August 2025, and targeting a duration of 12 months. Our interviewing process will be taking place throughout February-March timeframe.
IMPORTANT: Internships at Agilent in Spain require a training agreement with your university. You must be actively enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (Spring/Summer 2025 to Spring/Summer 2026). Please do not apply if you will not be a student during this period.
