Job description

Job Title: Project Manager / Co-ordinator - LATAM
Position reports to: Regional Project Lead

Chase Software has an opening for a fully remote Project Manager position in the Information Technology Sector.

About the position:

The main purpose of the Project Manager is to manage projects by leading, planning, organizing and controlling resources, in order to deliver the project scope, in accordance with the specifications, schedule and within budget.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficient in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • 3-5 years experience in an agile project management environment
  • Experience in implementation of CRM/ERP/Financial Systems
  • Experience in leading medium to large international IT projects
  • Proven experience in managing complex and high paced delivery projects
  • Ability to delegate and meet project milestones by managing stakeholders and 3rd party vendors

Desired Skills:

  • Good understanding of, and experience working with MS Excel and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with software backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps etc
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Defining and controlling the Project Scope in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring that all project documentation and deliverables are produced timeously, approved andmaintained throughout the course of the project.
  • Translation from Spanish to English during workshops/meetings
  • Leading client engagement and monthly project reporting
  • Managing risks & issues by implementing mitigations
  • Tracking project progress and reporting on baseline performance throughout project lifecycle.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with all key staff, clients and service providers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (IT,Finance,Accounting) or equivalent experience
  • A relevant Project Management Certification / PMI certification will be an advantage
