Primary Accountabilities:
Influence (50%):
Manage a portfolio of Adult Beverage accounts; lead relationship, engage in the overall client strategy and execute with excellence on the account plan
Perform outbound cold calls to generate leads and new sales opportunities
Mine existing accounts for expansion opportunities across the Inmar portfolio
Secure calls/meetings; prepare and deliver product presentations, including product demonstrations online
Collaborate with client on product and service extensions that could deliver incremental value; leverage solution experts
Manage internal cross-functional relationships and communications for maximum productivity
Strategic (35%)
Document new opportunities in salesforce.com; properly disposition assigned opportunities and manage follow up tasks appropriately
Generate special reporting as needed
Provide support and assistance to manager and team members; effectively engage other internal resources when needed
Providing new product/service ideas based on client needs; be an information source about how Inmar’s products can provide a competitive advantage
Responsible for understanding the strategic goals and objectives of each client; develop sales strategies that align with the client’s needs
Build and maintain internal networks, garnering support and getting appropriate buy-in
Develop a deep knowledge of assigned clients/prospects
Administrative (15%)
Maintain detailed, accurate records in Salesforce.com covering all account activity
Proactively manage internal communications within and outside of the Sales team, as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of Sales experience in, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for this position
Sales experience with financial services, healthcare, logistics, or ecommerce preferred
Experience with Adult Beverage Manufacturers, a plus
Experience in developing and winning business in a highly competitive environment; ability to sell across products and a variety of different solutions; ability to negotiate contracts, deal with price pressure and successfully resolve with strong profit margins; ability to discern the solution that is best for the customer and the value range they are willing to pay
Strong questioning skills and the patience to hear customer out
Good decision making, knowing when to leverage additional resources to move deals past obstacles
Able to compose professional business correspondence, proposals and reports
Proficient in Salesforce and Conga; able to quickly learn other sales technologies

Additional Information:
This position is potentially available to remote work. In the event that you are located in a state that requires pay transparency, the salary range will be disclosed to you upon acceptance of your application. Salaries can fluctuate based on geographic location and qualifications and pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. This role includes an opportunity for company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Core Company Performance Bonus Plan. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
