Job Description
The Sales Coordinator/Sr. Sales Coordinator role is critical to enabling significant growth in Allstate Benefits EVB and serves as a key member of the Regional and National Sales teams by organizing, managing, and communicating sales support activities. You are responsible for sales administration, including providing pre-sale technical product support to external broker partners including information on product benefits and procedural processes.

Day 1 Key Responsibilities Include:
Regional Market (3-2k Lives):
- SMS (<250 lives) quotes: Prepare and provide quotes to Sales Executive and log in Salesforce
- Coordinate and track to completion all broker licensing and appointment requests
- Coordinate all RFP scope changes/revisions in Salesforce (Obtain system access. TBD)
- Submit time sensitive quotes as needed
- Be proficient with Allstate Benefits’ Salesforce instance and effectively utilize it and other identified systems/tools
- Leverage and share best practices with other Sales Coordinators in the organization to facilitate the team’s effectiveness.
- Perform additional sales administrative responsibilities at the discretion of local market management.
The Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- 6+ months experience with life and health insurance products
- 1+ year experience with Microsoft products; specifically Excel
The Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ Years experience with supplemental health products, including group critical illness and accident plans
- 3+ years’ sales or sales support experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- 2+ years' experience with group and worksite insurance products, practices, trends and information affecting the business and organization
- Presentation skills - effectively conveys information in a clear and professional manner to internal and/or external individuals/groups
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with others to reach mutually beneficial solutions with both internal and external individual/groups; settles differences equitability
- Experience working with Benefits Brokers/Consultants
- Experience with Salesforce
Salary Range
- Recommend target salary start at $68,000

Compensation offered for this role is $47,440.00 - 81,902.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
