THE ROLE

As a LiveOps Manager at Rounds, you will play a key role in driving user engagement and retention across our suite of utility applications. You will be responsible for developing and implementing LiveOps strategies, optimizing push notifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience implementing LiveOps for successful products
  • Strong background in A/B testing to optimize feature KPIs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of mobile KPIs and LiveOps-driven improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with AI content generation tools
  • Self-motivated, creative, and analytical mindset
  • Proficient technical skills are a plus
  • Experience working in a game development is a huge plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute LiveOps strategies and events for utility applications
  • Source and manage new content providers (textual & visual)
  • Identify and recommend tools to enhance LiveOps efficiency
  • Optimize push notifications to increase retention
  • Analyze event performance and track KPIs
  • Conduct competitor research and remain informed on industry trends
  • Collaborate with Product, ASO, Design, and Data teams
