Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Type: Part-time (with potential for increased hours based on performance) 20 hrs per week/ 10 AM to 2 PM NZ time

Experience: Minimum 3 years in lead generation and outbound sales

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Outbound Sales Specialist who can take ownership of sales outreach, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves cold calling, client follow-ups, and expanding the customer base by reaching out to potential retailers, distributors, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers, including independent retailers, distributors, and industry-specific businesses.
 Cold Calling & Sales: Conduct outbound calls to existing and past customers to encourage reorders, upsell products, and introduce new offerings.
 Customer Relationship Management: Regularly engage with prospects and existing clients to build strong business relationships.
 Rebuttal & Objection Handling: Address client concerns, provide value-driven responses, and close deals effectively.
 Sales Strategy Development: Help refine the sales process, including setting up lead generation workflows and outreach strategies.
 CRM & Reporting: Track outreach efforts, maintain accurate customer records, and report on sales progress.



Requirements
  At least 3 years of experience  in lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales
  Excellent communication skills  with the ability to persuade and negotiate
  Strong sales acumen  and ability to handle objections professionally
  Proactive and self-motivated , able to take ownership of the role
  Experience using CRM tools  for tracking sales and leads (preferred)
