We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive team player with strong hands-on mentality. As a Inside Sales Specialist - Backoffice and Administration (m/w/d), you will become a crucial point of contact between Auvaria and our customers and partners to help shape the future of various market segments. This role focuses on back-office sales support while assisting management with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Sales Support Tasks: 
    • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders.
    • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM data to ensure the highest level of data quality.
    • Create proposal documents and contract templates in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Oversee the submission and monitoring of partner funding applications and related processes. Ensure compliance with funding guidelines and maintain accurate records.
    • Support sales and marketing campaigns, including follow-ups with potential clients.
    • Support the identification and qualification of new customers and sales opportunities.
    • Conduct follow-ups on sales activities, such as sending product information or presentations to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as delivery and marketing, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: 
    • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for management and sales leadership.
    • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals.
    • Coordinate and prioritize tasks to support strategic goals
    • Prepare detailed reports for internal use by management and external reports for partners, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
    • Work closely with the sales department to develop, update, and maintain internal process documentation, enhancing team efficiency and alignment.
Your profile:
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge (experience preferred; training available).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English or German (second language proficiency is mandatory, minimum C1).
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis) preferred.
  • A basic understanding of sales operations and process workflows is desirable.
  • Knowledge of modern collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack) is beneficial.
