We are currently seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager (f/m/x) - Spain & LATAM to join our team. 
These Tasks Await

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. 

  • Create and implement the social media strategy, including individual platform strategies that align with our brand strategy and vision and support key business Initiatives. 
  • Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our social media strategies current and effective.
  • Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns when necessary.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Strong capability to analyse audience behaviours, platform trends, and competitive landscapes to inform content direction and innovation, resulting in positive subscriber growth and engagement with our core target demographics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (our company language).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing is a plus.
  • Interest and knowledge of the iGaming landscape in Spain and LATAM is a plus.
