Job Description:
•       PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales team.
•       The analyst will be responsible for supporting / managing a specific range of products and will work closely with Product Marketing / Sales and Sales OP / HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory and inventory status.
•       The individual will also generate reports and represent the SCM team when working internal / external customers.
•       He / She will be point of contact for supply related issues and will interact closely with all teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•       Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management
•       Forecasting AP2 Demand
•       Order management
•       Attend meetings with counterparts
•       Maximize Revenue
•       KPI Management
•       Run ad hoc reports

Required Knowledge , Education and/or Experience:
•       Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math or similar
•       1-3 year work experience in relevant field
•       Excellent Analytical Skills / Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite / SAP experience helpful
•       Korean Language (not a mandate but helpful)
•       Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
•       Must be available to consistently work overtime and on Monday holidays (not a full working day)

Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst  is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
� Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
� Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
� Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
� Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Skills:
� Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
� Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
� Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
� Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
� Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:
� High school diploma or GED required.
� 0-2 years related experience required.
