Job Title: Sr. Product Manager - Quid Platform Service  

Reports To: SVP Product Management 

Compensation Range:    £105,000-£130,000 + 10% Bonus DOE  

This role can be remote anywhere in the UK.

 Position Overview    

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for a one of a key horizontal platform-level service (Ask Quid) that enables conversational analytics on consumer and market data by non-analytical business users, sophisticated analyst users and Automated AI workflows. This role requires balancing strategic foresight with fast tactical execution and comfort with fast moving new technology (Gen AI) to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Product Leadership & Execution: 

• Own the product roadmap for Ask Quid, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic planning (6-9 months out). 

• Prioritize effectively across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

• Focus on launching simple, high-impact features quickly, followed by iterative improvements based on feedback. 

• Support and enable other product teams, GTM team & activities for successful product launches. 

2. Strategic Roadmap Development: 

• Develop and adapt roadmaps in response to competitive dynamics and new information, ensuring alignment with product strategy. 

• Influence cross-functional teams and leadership to drive alignment on priorities. 

3. Customer-Centric Development: 

• Use customer insights (both internal and external) and business judgment to build and launch solutions that deliver strategic value. 

• Continuously iterate post-launch to optimize product performance. 

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication: 

• Create persuasive and concise communications for senior-level stakeholders, clearly articulating key issues and decisions. 

• Build strong relationships across teams to drive collaboration and alignment. 

5. Team Collaboration & Trust: 

• Foster trust and collaboration with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams, establishing yourself as a trusted product leader. 

• Contribute to the development of a high-performing product management team. 

Requirements  

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of delivering impactful products OR Experience working closely with customers, field teams, along with deep subject matter expertise in the Quid platform and products. 

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Engineering or related technical field.  

• 4-7 years of professional experience in product management or related field. 

• Knowledge and experience working with Gen AI technologies is preferred. 

• Strong prioritization and execution skills, able to manage multiple initiatives while planning. 

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations. 

• Data-driven decision-making and a structured problem-solving approach. 

• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of product outcomes.
