Job description

Gearset is the leading DevOps solution for the Salesforce ecosystem, trusted by thousands of customers worldwide to streamline deployments and manage release processes. We’re a company driven by innovation, collaboration, and a low-ego culture, where every team member contributes to our shared success.

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to work cross-functionally to develop and execute Gearset’s partner marketing strategy. This role will position Gearset as a leader in the DevOps and Salesforce ecosystems by driving awareness, educating partners on our value, and creating impactful co-marketing initiatives that will drive growth for Gearset. The Partner Marketing Manager will design and execute both “marketing to” campaigns, focused on educating partners and generating awareness, and “marketing with” campaigns to align go-to-market (GTM) strategies and create joint opportunities.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with experience in SaaS partner marketing. They should have a strong understanding of building scalable partnerships, enabling partner networks, and running high-impact co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. They’ll also have strong collaboration values, and a desire to work closely with Sales and Alliances to ensure success.

What’s the opportunity for a Partner Marketing Manager at Gearset?
  • This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on Gearset’s next stage of growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Alongside the alliances team, create a strong unified messaging framework to foster a ‘better together story’, that resonates with partner priorities for both “marketing to” and “marketing with” initiatives.
  • Collaborate with GSI marketing teams on joint campaigns targeting business buyers / Key Account customers, such as webinars, white papers, or thought leadership.
  • Identify champions and build relationships with key stakeholders in GSIs to so they reach out to Gearset with co-marketing opportunities.
  • Co-branded content: Create resources like co-branded case studies, eBooks, and solution guides to showcase joint value.
  • Partner with GSIs to host events or roundtables, and ensure presence in GSI-led Salesforce events or industry conferences.
  • Multi-channel campaigns to create visibility, educate decision makers and build trust as the DevOps platform of choice for Salesforce teams
  • Create educational content, resources, and materials that partners can leverage to educate their networks on Gearset’s unique value propositions, positioning Gearset as a thought leader in modern DevOps
  • Build a Gearset Certification Program for GSI consultants to upskill in Salesforce DevOps and demonstrate expertise to their clients.
  • Create tailored enablement materials, such as GSI-specific pitch decks, joint customer case studies, partner microsites and more.
  • As the only Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll need to leverage the expertise and support of the wider Marketing, Sales and Alliances team. This includes working across marketing to develop a “partner first” mindset across our broader marketing campaigns and disciplines.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to identify clear KPIs to measure and report on the success of Partner Marketing campaigns.

  • About you
  • 5+ years in partner marketing, alliances, or a related role in B2B SaaS. Experience with GSIs is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing strategies, with a focus on education, enablement, and co-marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to set and track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
