We’re looking for a Social Media Content Manager who can take our massive library of restaurant content and turn it into high-quality, engaging social media posts across 10 city-based accounts. This role requires someone who’s equal parts creative, strategic, and tech-savvy, with a deep understanding of social media trends, content planning, and audience engagement.
More than just a content creator, this person needs to think efficiently and strategically—leveraging AI tools to automate, streamline, and optimize content production while maintaining high quality. Success in this role is largely measured by how well you can scale our content efforts using technology, all while keeping engagement high and our audience hungry for more.

Role Details
As our Social Media Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing social content across multiple markets. You’ll work with a massive library of partner restaurant content and craft engaging posts, videos, and voiceovers that resonate with our members and future members. You’ll also need to find ways to automate as much of this process as possible while ensuring quality remains high.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Manage, plan, and post across 10+ social media accounts, ensuring content is consistent, high-quality, and engaging.
- Develop monthly content guides featuring restaurant selections based on seasonal themes, foodie trends, and member interests.
- Write scripts for voiceovers, craft compelling video hooks, and create captions that drive engagement and action.
- Quickly edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Keep up with social media trends, viral content formats, and best practices to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant.
Automation & AI Integration
- Leverage AI tools to scale content production while maintaining authenticity and quality.
- Automate content scheduling, organization, and basic edits to increase efficiency.
- Experiment with AI-driven copywriting, video editing, and audience engagement tools to enhance output.
- Find ways to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and streamline the content creation workflow.
Strategy & Audience Engagement
- Blend restaurant knowledge with audience insights—understanding what members and future members care about in their local food scene.
- Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and interactive content to build community and boost engagement.
- Use data to track content performance and adjust strategies based on what works.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure our organic content aligns with paid media, events, and overall brand messaging.

Location and hours
- We're looking for someone based in the Philippines who will be working on Eastern Standard Time in the US.
- Offline's headquarters is located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
