Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-Time

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide vital mental health and substance use disorder support through telehealth. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we’re making care more accessible and effective. Play a key role in delivering quality services that improve lives.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop in-depth clinical summaries.
  • Collaborate on structured treatment plans with clear, goal-driven interventions.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation of patient progress.
  • Continuously monitor treatment objectives and maintain strong communication with all involved.
  • Cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment with colleagues, clients, and other professionals.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPCC license in California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with telehealth tools and digital documentation.
