We're seeking a passionate Social Media Community & Engagement Specialist to join our growing team.  In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand on social media, fostering a thriving online community and driving meaningful engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Be the Social Media Sheriff: Moderate comments and messages across all our social media platforms, ensuring a safe and positive online environment.
  • Become a Community Champion: Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships that turn fans into brand advocates.
  • Measure the Magic: Track key social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights to optimize our social strategy.
  • Craft Compelling Reports: Present social media performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities.
  • Identify Influencer All-Stars: Research and connect with social media influencers who align with our brand values for potential partnerships.
  • Stay on Top of Trends: Keep a pulse on the ever-evolving social media landscape, identifying new trends and opportunities for engagement.

Requirements

who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media community management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and engaging online communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your voice to different platforms and audiences in both English and Arabic.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership opportunities.
  • A passion for social media and a genuine interest in our industry.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Experience creating engaging social media content (text, visuals, videos).
