Reporting to the Regional Managing Director you will become an important member of our team with responsibility for developing process and KPIs to effectively help co-ordinate sales activities, measurement and support. You will also liaise internally to ensure customer requirements are met at every stage and ensure the accurate monitoring and reporting of sales KPIs.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of working in client management within customer focused sales teams, be pro-active, target driven and ambitious. You must have a pro-active approach to the role and actively seek to find ways to support the teams you will be working with. You will also have a good level of IT knowledge including CRM systems, and ideally have some experience in technical sales. You will be energetic and motivated and have strong organizational ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, you will work closely with sales support staff in various Europe, APAC and LATAM offices to ensure adherence to best practices.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide sales management support to the Regional Managing Director and wider sales team in North America
Salesforce.com pipeline hygiene and adherence to the TNS Sales Playbook
Help the sales team and sales management to maximize selling time across the team
Support the core positioning, messaging and account segmenting for existing and newly developed services in targeted markets
Sales process optimization
PowerPoint presentation creation and support for the Sales Team
Billing, commission, administration & reporting support
Coordinate inbound and outbound sales & product marketing activities
Support sales forecasting activities and planning
Support budgeting processes
Proactively identifying opportunities for sales and sales support process improvement
Working closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key to optimize process improvement
Manage the internal sales function
Manage the Legal and other documentation processes
Manage essential communications between the other departments in the business to ensure that the Sales teams are equipped with up-to-date delivery, billing and invoicing information
Support in-region bid management activities
For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000- $100,000 annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Previous experience in a sales operations and/or sales support
Significant, strong working experience with Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail with the ability to work in a pressurized environment
Experience in proactive problem solving and identifying solutions for client needs
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent grammatical knowledge
