As an Implementation Project Manager II, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring seamless adoption of the Medbridge platform. By applying your project management expertise and understanding of healthcare systems, you will deliver tailored implementation strategies that improve clinical workflows and patient outcome.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within scope and timeline. 
  • Assess client health systems to identify clinical challenges and align solutions with their objectives. 
  • Develop and track detailed project plans, establishing key metrics and mitigating risks to ensure implementation stays on track. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on executing a bespoke change management plan to secure buy-in, address concerns, and facilitate operational changes. 
  • Conduct training sessions for clinical staff, ensuring effective adoption of the Medbridge platform. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update project progress using CRM and project management tools. 
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, driving insights for product and content development and shaping future implementation frameworks.

WHAT WE NEED 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 3–6 years of experience managing the full lifecycle of medium to large-sized technology implementation projects in the healthcare/healthtech sector, with a proven track record of delivering on time.(e.g., EMR/EHR integration or other operations-impacting technology). 
  • Strong background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) project management, with 2–4 years of experience supporting client process optimization and change management, preferably within a healthcare context. 
  • Demonstrated ability to guide healthcare clients through clinician-impacting operational changes, ensuring adoption and satisfaction. 
  • Expertise in project management tasks and governance, including project planning, resource reporting, risk mitigation, and escalation to senior management. 
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate complex decision-making, resolve issues, and align operational needs with technical solutions.  Detail-oriented with the ability to manage granular project details while maintaining a strategic, “big picture” approach. 

WHAT WE PREFER 

  • Prior experience with EMR/EHR integrations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent 
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP 
  • Hands-on experience with leading project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, MS Project).

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 

At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
