As an Enterprise SDR at Cognota, you are a relentless hunter—driven by results, energized by high-output activities, and skilled at strategic prospecting. You thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment where every interaction drives impact. Reporting directly to an Enterprise Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in landing and expanding strategic accounts while working closely with our Demand Generation Manager to build market share with some of the world’s most recognized brands.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect & Generate Pipeline – Identify and work named enterprise accounts through targeted outbound efforts, networking, and strategic engagement.
  • Break Into Key Accounts – Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Talent, L&D, HR, and Finance to drive awareness and adoption of LearnOps.
  • Market Expansion & Category Building – Educate enterprise leaders on the LearnOps category and help shape the future of Learning Operations.
  • Hyper-Agile Execution – Adapt quickly to insights from sales conversations, industry shifts, and company strategy to optimize your approach.
  • Drive Enterprise Meetings – Secure and set up high-quality discovery calls for Sales, ensuring every interaction is value-driven and impactful.
  • Consultative Selling – Understand business challenges, map them to Cognota’s value proposition, and help potential customers envision LearnOps at scale.
  • Collaboration for Success – Work closely with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine messaging, engagement strategies, and playbooks.
  • Ownership & Accountability – Take pride in hitting and exceeding activity, meeting, and pipeline targets, knowing that you are driving Cognota’s future growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Hunter Mentality – You are relentless in identifying and engaging enterprise accounts, strategically partnering with sales and marketing to close deals, and proactively mapping expansion opportunities to drive rapid growth within key accounts.
  • High Energy & Execution – You thrive in high-output environments, balancing volume with strategic precision.
  • Experience Selling SaaS to Enterprises – Preferably in L&D, HR Tech, or FinServ.
  • Ability to Navigate Complex Sales Cycles – You understand enterprise buying behaviors and can map out key stakeholders.
  • Grit & Adaptability – You’re excited about shaping a new category and can pivot based on market signals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – You can break through the noise with compelling outreach.
  • Tech-Savvy & CRM Proficient – Experience with Gong, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
