About the role

BigHand is looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing and PR Coordinator to drive our public relations and content marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute our PR strategy to ensure regular media coverage, enhance brand visibility, and position BigHand as a thought leader in the legal tech industry. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, securing media placements, and working with key BigHand and industry influencers to elevate our brand presence.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting a growing marketing team with content initiatives that align with our demand generation and ABM strategies. What you’ll do


Public Relations & Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement BigHand’s PR strategy to secure media coverage in legal tech publications.
  • Research and develop paid/sponsored content opportunities with industry media partners to amplify our thought leadership – including pitching to secure interviews for key company spokespeople.
  • Pitch and secure speaking opportunities at events capitalising on media relationships where relevant and knowledge of BigHand’s thought leadership.

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Identify content ideas from inception through to delivery across different mediums
  • Create and edit high-quality content, including articles, blogs, guides, and webinar one-pagers.
  • Produce messaging that supports business objectives, leveraging internal stakeholders
  • Work with industry influencers and experts on joint content initiatives to expand brand reach.

Campaign & Team Support

  • Develop ICP-specific content to support demand generation and ABM initiatives.
  • Assist the wider marketing team with ad hoc content marketing requests.
  • Track and analyze content performance to optimize future strategies.


What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in PR, content marketing, and communications, preferably in B2B tech.
  • A proven track record in securing press coverage and managing media relationships.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Experience with ABM, demand generation content, and influencer marketing is a plus.
