JOB SUMMARY

As Finance Executive Assistant to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for paying bills, maintaining bookkeeping & finances. This will be a fluid, evolving, and challenging. We are looking for someone who enjoys breaking routine and working in a dynamic work environment that will change on a regular basis. Must live in the Saint Louis Area but will have the flexibility to work from home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

AP, All Invoicing, Closing out Projects in the books.
Pay bills, manage cash flow, manager CEO’s inbox, Monitor Monthly Budget, Add new employees to Gusto
Review and update company financial policies and SOP’s
Review documents needed from employees. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to guarantee timely and successful client outcomes.
Payroll , Adding new employees, Sending out 1099’s to vendors and employees. Sending W2’s to Employees.
Any Tax related questions. Documents that came in the mail. Submit to Gusto, or determine what is needed
Ensure Bids are getting entered and appropriate Change Orders and POs are getting created and released
