Job description

As a Sales Representative with our client, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while also ensuring client success post-sale. You will work closely with our Customer Success Team to ensure seamless handover and long-term client satisfaction.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
  • New Business Development (Primary): Identify and engage potential customers through inbound and outbound strategies.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and position the client as the problem-solving expert.

  • Account Management: Support existing customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.

  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process – from first contact to deal closure.

  • Collaboration with Customer Success: Work closely with the CS team for smooth onboarding and long-term value delivery.

  • CRM Management: Use HubSpot (or other CRM tools) to track pipeline, customer interactions, and deal progress.

  • Sales Strategy Contribution: As part of a growing learning organization, your insights will help shape sales processes, pricing models, and product-market fit.
