Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
Extremely proficient in using Agile and XP methodologies performed roles of Scrum Master following sprint sessions and used JIRA software extensively to write User Stories, assign tasks to individual team members

Process Improvement:

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Project Management Support:

Work with project teams to ensure that project deliverables align with business needs.
Provide support in project planning, resource allocation, risk management and work breakdown structure.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Partner with technical teams to design and implement solutions.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Leverage data analysis tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for tracking performance metrics.
Create dynamic dashboards & reports, providing executives with real time visibility into key business metrics

Mentorship and Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices.
Lead cross-functional teams during complex initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and project lifecycle.
· Proficiency in tools such as MS Office products, JIRA and confluence to track project progress & manage team collaboration effectively
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Partner with the Product Owner (business) to maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and GRS roadmap.
· Utilized tools likes JIRA & Confluence to track project progress & manage team collaboration effectively
Work with business in prioritizing the JIRA tickets and keeping sprints in line and facilitate prioritization and
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify & follow-up on sprint and story blockers, facilitating resolution to keep projects on track.

Preferred:

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
